In order to simplify the registration process we ask that you fill out the Excell Application form online for your dancer(s). Please note that we intentionally keep our class sizes small, which results in most classes staying relatively full. We will contact you to discuss possible class options if availability exists, or place your dancer on a waiting list if classes are full.

Once your dancer has been accepted in a desired class, we ask that you print, sign, and return the following two (2) forms:

Policies and Procedures Waiver

These forms are in PDF format, and require Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer to open and print these files. You may download and install Adobe Reader free of charge from the Adobe web site. Please contact us at info@excelldancers.com if you have any difficulties downloading the forms, we will be happy to send you the forms via email.
